We know life can be tough, and if you are struggling then we want to help. Our best advice is to talk to someone, no matter what the issue someone will always be able to help. A parent, a teacher, a trusted adult like a youth worker or club leader – it is always better to seek help than suffer in silence.

If you don’t feel you can ask for help, then the information and links below will hopefully guide you to the support you need.
